Small Group based, tailored to your school
In Melbourne this program can be funded through the Victorian Schools Mental Health Menu
Music Therapy is available for Tiers 2 & 3 of the Victorian Government's Schools Mental Health Menu to help students with identified needs or vulnerabilities and those needing higher intensity mental health support.
Our schools programs use active and receptive music therapy interventions to support students:
-
Express and process emotions in a safe, creative environment.
-
Develop emotional regulation and stress management skills.
-
Build resilience and confidence to navigate challenges.
-
Strengthen social skills through collaborative music-making.
The programs align with the Victorian Schools Mental Health Fund by offering a proactive, therapeutic approach to mental health. It addresses key mental health priorities, including early intervention and fostering emotional well-being within the school community.
